Water Pure Technologies Water Systems Warranties 

 Coverage Overview: Our warranties cover ALL OF OUR Water Filtration Systems: 

1-Year Limited Warranty:  Water Pure Technologies guarantees that its water filtration systems are free from defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. If any part of your water filter or water filtration system is found to be defective due to faulty materials or workmanship within this period, we will repair or replace it at no cost. * Please note that used water filter cartridges are not included in this warranty.  

• General Conditions Under this warranty, Water Pure Technologies will either repair or replace the defective items at our discretion. Before returning any covered items, YOU MUST GET A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER from us and return the item at your own expense. Once repaired or replaced, we will cover the standard shipping costs back to you. 

• Customers in Canada, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and international locations are responsible for their own shipping costs, as well as any customs fees or other charges. 

•  Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, negligence, accidents, alterations, incorrect installation (Not following MFG. instructions), or conditions such as freezing, flooding, or fire. Regular replacement charges will apply in those cases. The warranty does not include services to diagnose issues with the unit. It is also void if the unit is not operated under normal conditions or if the claimant is not the original purchaser. 

•  Limitations: We do not assume any warranty liability beyond what is specified here. This warranty replaces any other warranties, expressed or implied, including those related to a specific purpose. 

• Our liability is limited to the cost of the product, and we are not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages, including loss of use, related to the installation or use of the covered items.
